So, I can’t recall if I’ve written about me getting ripped me off for $400. Yes! You read right. $400! They had some really nice, expensive furniture for sale. They letting me get the pieces I wanted for a deal. I gave them one of my debit cards (not linked to my bank), with the amount preloaded with the amount they requested for the things I was buying. Well, not only did they not return with said items I paid for, I also didn’t get repaid neither.
Man, you wanna talk about furious. I was livid, you guys. Are you hearing me, you guys? I’m far from being rich. So for me to lose $400 was a massive amount of money. Money in which I could have sent my daughter and my grandson, Lukah.
Needless to say, I not only didn’t get repaid, but the furniture was obviously as no-go as well. That ‘Grinds my Gears’, to the fullest. Scrolling a website for stuff on sale. You purchase a few items you like. Page will display the order is completed, time of order placed and delivery somewhere between 5-7 business day. Not only did my order arrive. But the site no longer shows those items on their site.
Yeah. Countless companies get over people taking their money, but not giving the merchandise. Usually, after you have already given your payment info among other info, they require from you.
It doesn’t pay to be rude or condescending with customer service, either. If you choose to take that route, they are more than likely going to put an even longer delay getting you your merchandise. Or they could screw you completely by not sending you shit and deleting/erasing where they had a conversation with you when you first reported not getting the things you ordered and had already paid for.
Luckily, I’ve not had to find out the hard way. The only times I tend to get shitty with customer service, is if either the rep is rude from the jump, or they just aren’t comprehending what the hell I’m saying to them.
Still, being nice is the way to go. Killing someone with kindness, will piss them off faster than if you were to be disrespectful with them.
Just a lil’ min dump.
